FT Social Media Manager - Los Angeles, CA
Key Responsibilities:Social Media Strategy & Management:
Develop and execute a content calendar for Instagram, Tiktok, and Pinterest for both corporate and CEO accounts.
Align social media strategy with broader marketing goals to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Content Creation:
Capture photo and video content for regular posts, Reels, Stories, and TikToks to maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
Coordinate and produce high-quality visuals in collaboration with designers or videographers, as needed.
Influencer Marketing:
Identify, establish, and manage relationships with influencers, VIP clientele, and brand partnerships.
Oversee influencer campaigns, including negotiations, contracts, content review, and performance tracking.
Community Engagement:
Manage DMs and comments across all platforms to ensure timely responses to inquiries, fostering a positive community experience.
Build relationships with followers and identify opportunities for deeper engagement.
Paid Advertising:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.
Track and analyze ad performance to maximize ROI and adjust targeting and creatives as needed.
Travel & Event Coverage:
Travel occasionally to events, photoshoots, and other relevant locations to capture unique content.
Attend events on behalf of the brand to gather behind-the-scenes content for social channels
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably managing accounts across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Proven experience in influencer marketing, including sourcing talent, negotiating contracts, and running campaigns.
Strong content creation skills, including experience with photography, videography, and video editing.
Familiarity with social media tools and advertising platforms like Meta Ads Manager.
Excellent communication skills with an understanding of community engagement and customer service.
Ability to travel occasionally for content capture and events.
Passion for staying up-to-date with social media trends and platform updates.
